Reason why this change is needed

  • Script in root folder. Also overlaps a bit with ivas-codec-ci!52 (merged), but that could be resolved later. I agree this script is useful, so I started something similar when bringing the job to BASOP.

Description of the change

  • Move script to scripts folder and remove unnecessary call to prepare_combined_format_inputs.py.

Affected operating points

  • None, just BE conformance test generation
