• LC3plus high res mode crashes for external renderer

Description of the change

• The Renderer API function is missing the highres parameter, in comparison the Decoder API function sets this correctly.

Affected operating points

• Split rendering with IVAS_rend as pre-renderer with LC3plus high-res mode enabled
