Activate dynamic acoustic env tests in renderer

Description
This adds previously skipped tests for dynamic acoustics environments back to renderer tests. Full set added to renderer and reduced set of 45 tests added to renderer_short. These 45 are below. All tests pass for both float and BASOP.
