Split sanitizer tests into 3 schedules + use full duration again

This adapts sanitizer test runs to account for the new longer testvectors.

Sanitizer jobs are now spread out over three schedules ( to be created by @kiene after merging this ) to account for longer runtime and circumvent shortcoming of maximum job start delay in this gitlab version.
