[CI] mld playback level instead of rescaling

Reason why this change is needed

• Regression testing in BASOP for -10dB produces false values due to clipping when writing out files after rescaling up

Description of the change

• Remove the rescaling
• pass adjusted playback-level to MLD/ODG-generating executables
