[CI] fix part of log collection in scheduled sanitizer tests

@pihlajakuja @norvell - this fixes the problems seen e.g. here: https://forge.3gpp.org/rep/ivas-codec-pc/ivas-codec/-/jobs/725037#L258.

This is only a half fix, though. It will keep the script from failing and collect logs correctly for the non-PLC run. A separate fix for the PLC run will follow later.
