[CI] reduce clutter in console log of pytest-based CI jobs

Several jobs overflow the Gitlab console log, e.g.

  • pages setup job in BASOP
  • ltv scheduled jobs in BASOP

This MR adds some reductions of the amount of stuff that is printed
