Reason why this change is needed

  • This is a companion MR to !2608, which introduces additional unit tests for the LC3wrapper used in ISAR

Description of the change

  • Additional unit test cases were added for on-the-fly switching of LC3plus frame durations while decoding
  • Duplicated tests for BASOP were unified with those for float (switching between float and basop is implemented via unit-test-level compiler switch automatically set by CMake in the BASOP repo)

Changes in this MR are implemented on top of !2608 and so should be merged after !2608.
