fix build of crend unittest on windows

Windows build of crend unittest fails for me with complaint about "non-constant aggregate initializer list". The problematic code stems from !193 (merged) so @janssontoftg @emerit feel free to have a look, but as this is a minor fix, I would just go ahead with it soon if I don't hear anything.
