[CI] change lifetime of artifacts to lower project storage

Per default, job artifacts are kept for 30 days. Lowering this time would save project storage space - maybe a good idea as we already had one outage before christmas time.

This MR is first intended to test whether the lifetime limitation per default works and then set a final value.
