Revert "Merge branch 'orange/197_fix_lib_rend_ivas_stat_rend_api' into 'main'"

Description

This reverts the merge of 'orange/197_fix_lib_rend_ivas_stat_rend_api' into 'main' (!421 (merged)), as it caused significant merge conflicts with other work. Instead, changes from !421 (merged) have been manually ported to another branch and will be merged as part of !433 (merged).
