Fix log file selection for ISM+ modes in IvasBuildAndRunChecks.py - should fix complexity measurements for ISM+ modes

Recent complexity measurements returned zero since we switched to ISM+ for complexity measurements. There was a bug in the regex part for selecting the corresponding logfiles for a mode. This should fix it.
