Resolve 542: Correct object metadata description in readme.txt

Corrected object metadata description in readme.txt. The "frame" is removed -- this was a left-over since when the frame counter was present. I did not change the closed intervals of azimuth and pitch, since the codec actually accepts the upper bound of the interval (180).
