fail complexity jobs when a mode fails

Currently, when some modes fail during complexity measurement, no notice is given and these modes' numbers are simply missing from the report page. This made us overlook a crash in ISM+ modes already, so this MR adds a mechanism for failing the complexity jobs upon failed modes and at the same time should upload the collected numbers of the good modes.
