[non-BE] Resolve "ParamISM EXT output improvement"

Actual object DOAs are taken into consideration to more accurately map the TCs to the output channels via the prototype matrix, thus adapting the mixing matrix computation and improving the output quality especially for overlapping objects.

Non-BE for ParamISM.
