Reason why this change is needed

Head rotation in MC PARAMUPMIX mode is broken in current baseline as no head rotation is applied even when a valid trajectory file is given in CMD line.

Description of the change

This MR fixes an issue with head rotation in MC PARAMUPMIX mode. This fix includes harmonizing head rotation in MC PARAMUPMIX mode to other FASTCONV MC modes (like PARAM MC), and converting MC to SBA prior to head rotation.

Affected operating points

7.1.4 160kbps with head rotation conditions will be non-BE

Produced bitstream is non-BE but it is fully backwards compatible for decoding. Decoded output may differ.

Bitstream should be completely compatible
