Merge main with isar_selection

This MR will integrate the isar_selection branch into main.

This may be desired since this branch adds:

  • Split rendering support
  • IVAS transcoding support
  • Support for pre-rotation (see Tdoc S4-240254: Trajectory Nullification for Binaural Renderer Evaluation, Fraunhofer IIS).
  • A trajectory sub-module for manipulating IVAS trajectory files (inversion, delay, offset, nullification of a rotation axis)
  • Linter error fixes
