User configuration of binary names

I could test the esdru, p50fbmnru, filter executables on macOS. For Windows, I assume they'd have an extension .exe. I have taken care of it by using Path.name but I haven't tested it as I don't have a Windows machine. I also updated TEMPLATE.yml and README.md. @treffehn Could you please test it for all the executables on a windows machine (possibly with .exe extension)?
