[fix] python format name used for IVAS_rend commandline for MASA

Archit Tamarapu requested to merge fix-incorrect-masa-format-for-ivasrend into main

The IVAS renderer is passed the MASA format name used in the scripts (which require MASA number of directions in case masaAnalyzer needs to be run).

This is ignored by IVAS_rend, but the commandline should be formed correctly.
