Python script for MD5 hash generation

Jan Kiene requested to merge kiene/md5-script-for-characterization into main
  • should be cross-platform, hence removing the old bash and powershell scripts
  • prints the whole relative path into the file, not just the filename. This is needed for characterization P800 tests with the three different levels to avoid name collisions
