TS 33.128 CR 0652 - Alignment of removal of unauthorized information from SMS messages reported out of the SMSF

A new method for redacting SMS messages was added to this document that aligns with solutions in multiple other LI specifications. This method was defined for SMS as a service and is already supported in SMS over IMS reporting. The SMSF does not currently support this method and this contribution proposes a solution to add this as an option at the SMSF.
