TS 33.128 CR 669 - Introduction of next generation IP Packet Report format

ETSI TCLI introduced a new packet header information report format that addresses deficiencies in the legacy reporting format. There are many advantages to aligning the reporting format used in 3GPP with the ETSI format. This contribution propses supeseding the existing packet header information reporting formats with this new format.
