Add protocol property to M1/M5 Media Entry Points for uplink contribution and egest

pCR S4-240766:

  • Add protocol property to M1MediaEntryType for use in contribution configurations and egest configuration of ContentPublishingConfiguration resource (and distribution configurations of ContentHostingConfiguration too).
  • Add protocol property to M5MediaEntryType for use in ServiceAccessInformation resource.
  • Add downlinkDistributionProtocols and uplinkContributionProtocols arrays to ContentProtocols resource to allow the Media AS to describe the protocols its supports.
