[S4-241347] Changes to support RTC:

  • Addition of RTCConfiguration for provisioning STUN, TURN and SWAP service endpoints for ICE.
  • Exposure of the above in new ServiceAccessInformation.rtcClientConfiguration property.
  • Addition of PDU Set support into QoS data types.
  • Refactoring of QoS data types to support multiple service components in PolicyTemplate and DynamicPolicy.
