Media delivery session identification to Media AF

A Media delivery session identifier (nominated by the Media Session Handler) is added to the following resource types:

  • DynamicPolicy.
  • NetworkAssistanceSession.
  • ConsumptionReport.

This enables the Media AF to correlate Dynamic Policy invocations, Network Assistance requests and Consumption Reports as belonging to the same media delivery session.
