Few dirac_rend functions converted to fixed point, cleanup of flt code 

[x] computeIntensityVector_dec, computeDirectionAngles,
computeDiffuseness and rotateAziEle_DirAC integrated.
[x] Few headtrack functions converted to fixed point.
[x] Core coder and CPE cleanup.
