Multichannel encoder optmizations - bit exact 

Optimizations made in ivas_find_enr, dot_product_cholesky_fixed,
tcx_res_Q_spec_ivas_fx, tcx_noise_factor_ivas_fx, IGF_getCrest_new_fx
Around 2.2 WMOPs reduction observed. Changes are bit exact
