[CI ]add dmx dump for stereo dmx evs

Under DEBUGGING, dumping of the dmx signals before feedingthem to the core encoder was added. For Stereo DMX EVS mode, no ivas path is taken, so no dmx signals are written out. This adds the dump for the float reference.
