Change ivas-basop-linux tag to ivas-linux to use runners for main-pc

The CI in the branch main-pc uses the tag ivas-basop-linux, which means the jobs will be run with the same runners as for the BASOP conversion work in main and ivas-float-update. For now, the main-pc and float-pc branches should use the ivas-linux tag to avoid using resources for the BASOP conversion.
