Resolve "MLD Level dependency"

This is a potential change of the +/-10 dB input level tests, which needs to be discussed and agreed before proceeding.
The MLD measurement has a level dependency, which has an impact on the measurement of the +/- 10 dB inputs. We may consider restoring the scaling before the output comparison to remove this dependency. ivas-codec-pc/ivas-codec!2023 (merged) adds this feature, and this MR makes use of it in the BASOP CI.

A summary of the MLD scores are shown in the figure below, where the left column is the distribution of the MLD scores for main, while the right column is the MLD scores of the level compensated measurement. One can see that you get a more consistent behavior across the input levels. There is also an increase in outliers in the -10 dB tests, which indicates it may be worth taking a closer look at these.
