[CI]use long testvectors for USAN tests too

fyi @venkateshsa @norvell @pihlajakuja. The usan tests were still on the short testvectors. I would do this change first, before I do the discussed removal of the basop-related files from the USAN ignorelist. That way, we will have a ivas_*.c-only run with the long testvectors which should make it easier to handle the reported errors step by step.
