Draft: Introduce .gitattributes and end-of-line normalization

norvell requested to merge add-gitattributes into main

Adds .gitattributes and end-of-line normalization. The first step of this MR is to check the impact of this addition, but it seems only the lib_com/options.h was affected by the renormalization. If this is the case, there is not problem to merge this.
