Add short sanitizer tests to run on schedule

Goal is to have a first basic set of sanitizer tests running on a schedule. Those will include the short testvectors only for now. Having them in a schedule and not in the MR pipeline allows to have the additional info about the detected errors without potentially stalling MRs to go into main.
