[CI] Fix for fx-fx job

ci/fix-fx-fx-name into main

Correct the name for LTV jobs -- the FX-FX ended up in the normal LTV job.

Set the FX-FX job to run on ivas-linux runners, the ones used for main-pc and float-pc.

Extend timeout to allow FX-FX LTV jobs to finish.
