Fix for 3GPP issue 1786: Metadata output result of MASA prerend with muted MASA signal and ISM3 is quite differing

With these changes:

It has been verified that the spread coherence is aligned with Floating point reference code.
diffuseToTotalRatio is more aligned with Floating point reference code.
Minor precision improvements for azimuth are also there.
