Fix HRTF statistics sanitizer error in issue 1990 by introducing missing free.

Fixes issue #1990 (closed). There was a missing piece of code in main which was in ivas-float-update. However, to cover additional memory reservation in BASOP, the HRTF statistics free is now done unconditionally.
