Reason why this change is needed

  • Wrong initialization of the LP-CNG in case the first received frame is SID which causes MSAN error.

Description of the change

  • Correct initialization of the LP-CNG in case the first received frame is SID.

Affected operating points

  • Not BE for bitstreams starting with SID which encoded LP-CNG.
