Resolve "Harmonize getTcxonly_ivas_fx(), getTcxonly(), getTcxonly_fx()"

Harmonize getTcxonly_ivas_fx() can be used for all cases, with an additional optimation in the case IVAS_SCE:

Also, an error correction, missing 2 instrumentations.
