Reason why this change is needed

  • This may be a direct copy from the issue.

Description of the change

  • Harmonize functions DoRTFTn_fx_ivas() and DoRTFTn_fx_ivas()
  • Harmonize functions bitrv2_SR() and bitrv2_SR_fx()
  • Remove unused table ivas_sin_twiddle_80_fx[] and ivas_cos_twiddle_80_fx[] (8kHz-sampled output is not supported)
  • Defines local functions as static
  • Saves ~350 lines of source code

Affected operating points

  • Negligible differences for BINAURAL_RENDERER_ROOM outputs both in decoder and external renderer
    • vast majority of differences are in the range of +/-3
