Reason why this change is needed

  • Reset of temporary value is in wrong spot

Description of the change

  • Make the reset correct and also remove unnecessary other reset.

Affected operating points

  • Encoder
  • Can affect low bitrate MASA metadata coding (but could also be not hitting)
