Reason why this change is needed

  • There is wrong Q-variable being used

Description of the change

  • This fixes the mistake.

Affected operating points

  • Decoder only.
  • Could be non-BE when the format is SBA or OSBA, output is binaural and there are two transport channels (bitrates 48-80 kbps)
