Reason why this change is needed

  • Large MLD regression was observed and cause was wrapping of coherence parameters.

Description of the change

  • Clamp the read coherence values are into maximum representable. Also fix one possible case of spread coherence wrapping (surround coherence already had a fix).

Affected operating points

  • Non-BE for MASA metadata paths when maximum coherence values were present (basically everything that was affected by MR !2942 (merged))
