Description of the change

  • FIX_BASOP_2519_TCA_LA_ZERO_EXP: skip the s_max(exp_com, target_exp_temp[i]) reduction when target[i] == 0 in tcaTargetCh_LA_fx.
  • FIX_BASOP_2519_ICBWE_DEC_Q_TRACK: add q_dec_2over3_mem_fx tracker, pre-scale dec_2over3_mem_fx / dec_2over3_mem_lp_fx to current q_dataChan_fx before each decimate_2_over_3_allpass_fx call.

Affected operating points

  • Encoder only, CPE_TD path, output non-BE for ltv.
