Reason why this change is needed

  • There might be a functional difference in fixed point wrt floating point in function tcx_encoder_memory_update_ivas_fx(). This merge request aims to find out if this is the case.

Description of the change

  • An assert is added to detect the case where the functional difference manifests.

Affected operating points

  • It should be BE.
