Reason why this change is needed

  • Missing instrumentation
  • Wrong instrumentation

Description of the change

  • Replace * operator by imult1616().
  • Add missing 64x16 bit multiplication in ivas_qmetadata_quantize_coherence_fx()
  • Some move16/move32 mismatches are fixed

Affected operating points

  • The changes are all expected to be bit exact.
