+10dB crash issue fix: dirac dec binaural function loop range corrected

Fix for crash observed with +10dB test case mentioned below: [Multi-channel 5_1 bitrate switching from 13.2 kbps to 512 kbps, 48kHz in, 16kHz out, BINAURAL_ROOM_REVERB out]

EVS 26.444 BE test passes.
