[CI] Expand LONG_TEST_SUITE to include STV tests for MASA and SBA

norvell requested to merge 782-complement-long-tests-with-short-tests-for-better-coverage into main

Expand LONG_TEST_SUITE to include STV tests for MASA and SBA that are not covered by self_test_ltv.prm.

Some test cases are not covered by the self_test_ltv.prm, especially regarding MASA and SBA. This adds the STV tests to the LONG_TEST_SUITE:

  • test_masa_enc_dec.py
  • test_sba_bs_dec_plc.py
  • test_sba_bs_enc.py
