Use detailed report in BASOP pages

norvell requested to merge ci/use-detailed-report into main

This MR adds usage of the functionality proposed in ivas-codec-pc/ivas-codec!1661 (merged) to show images with summary of MLD, MAX ABS DIFF and MIN SSNR. It needs to be merged after the functionality has been included in basop-ci-branch.
