Add BE comparison to main in ivas-pytest-compare_to_main* jobs

Edit: This MR changed a bit and there actually was never the case that errors would get masked. In the end, this MR adds a BE check to main in ivas-pytest-compare_to_main* that are currently run in the MR pipeline for the decoder.
