[CI] checkout basop ci branch instead of main in PC repo

To avoid breakage of CI in this repository caused by incompatible changes in the PC repo, a separate branch was created there to host the scripts and test data for the BASOP CI. This MR changes the CI config to checkout said branch instead of main or the fixed commit that was used to fix problems with the updated HRTF file format.
